Solar Lighting Designs — website
Solar Lighting Designs describes itself as an Australian-owned commercial solar lighting manufacturer and supplier that designs, manufactures, supplies and installs. Pixel2Tech built Solar Lighting Designs' WordPress website as white-label development partner for a digital agency, using Elementor on the Astra theme with WooCommerce for the product catalog.

The challenge
Commercial lighting buyers, such as councils, developers and facility managers, compare products by application and want to see real installations before asking for a price. The site had to present a wide product range and a long list of projects, and turn interest into quote requests rather than checkout orders.
Our approach
The header shows About us, Products, Projects and FAQs, with a Request a Quote button that works as a quote basket. Products are grouped by application, such as street, car park, bollard and walkway, flood, security and site lighting. Project pages show each installation with a photo-led layout, and the home page runs through the company's design, manufacture, supply and install offer, its advantages and customer feedback.
The outcome
A B2B website where buyers can browse solar lighting by use, see completed projects and add products to a quote request, from desktop or phone. New products and project pages are added through WordPress as the range and portfolio grow.

How we did it
Step 01
Catalog by application
Product categories follow how buyers search, from solar street and car park lighting to bollards, flood lights, road safety products and security lights.
Step 02
Quote instead of checkout
WooCommerce runs the catalog, and a Request a Quote basket in the header lets buyers collect products and send one inquiry instead of paying online.
Step 03
Project pages
Each installation has its own page with a full-width photo, a client brief and sharing buttons, linked from a projects grid and a latest projects section on the home page.
Step 04
Trust and contact
The home page covers the design, manufacture, supply and install process, extended warranties, accreditation logos and customer feedback, and the footer lists offices and contact details.

Why this project matters
Commercial buyers rarely buy lighting with a card; they ask for a quote after seeing proof. A catalog built around applications, projects and a quote basket matches how these sales actually happen.
