Miniso Pakistan presents itself as the official Miniso store in Pakistan, selling everyday lifestyle products such as mugs, bottles, bags, beauty items, stationery and toys, along with licensed character collections. We built the Shopify store to hold a large catalog of low-priced items and frequent deals.

The challenge
Shoppers come in two ways: some want a type of product, such as a water bottle or hair clips, and others want anything from a favorite character line like Harry Potter, Sanrio or One Piece. With many small-ticket items and constant promotions, the store also has to make deals and gift options easy to find.
Our approach
The menu covers Home, Categories, Brands, New Arrivals, Exclusive Discount, a Harry Potter shop and E-Gift Vouchers. The home page opens with a sale banner, then e-gift cards in four values, a round-icon grid of product categories, a second grid of character collections and rows of exclusive deals, new arrivals and character drops. Collection pages add quick links to discount sections, a grid view switch and a sidebar that counts products per character line. Product pages show the was and now price, a free shipping threshold, Baadmay pay-in-3, wish list and compare buttons.
The outcome
A Shopify store where shoppers can browse by product type or by character and pick up a deal or a gift voucher. On mobile, a fixed bottom bar keeps search, cart, latest arrivals, discounts and account in reach.

How we did it
Step 01
Shop by category
Round icons on the home page link to categories such as mugs, umbrellas, bottles, writing tools, skin care, earphones, bags, kitchen, toys and storage.
Step 02
Shop by character
A second grid links to licensed collections such as Pingu, Harry Potter, One Piece, Minions, Lilo and Stitch and BT21, and collection sidebars count products per line.
Step 03
Deals and gifts
Exclusive deal rows show was and now prices, discount badges link from collection pages, and e-gift vouchers are sold as products in four values.
Step 04
Product pages and mobile
Product pages list price, discount, free shipping threshold, Baadmay installments, wish list and compare, and the mobile layout adds a fixed bottom bar for search, cart, latest, discounts and account.

Why this project matters
In a store full of small, giftable items, shoppers buy by character as often as by need. Browsing both ways, plus clear deals and gift vouchers, gives them more reasons to add one more item.
