MADLUVV social media & Meta ads
MADLUVV, a leader in the beauty industry famous for their innovative brow stamp kits, partnered with Pixel2Tech to unify their digital ecosystem. We took over their full social media presence—managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn—while simultaneously overhauling their paid creative strategy and technical Shopify infrastructure.

The challenge
Despite having a cult-favorite product, MADLUVV's digital touchpoints were disjointed. Their organic social felt disconnected from their paid ads, and their Shopify store was struggling with slow mobile performance and poor organic search visibility. They needed a partner who could bridge the gap between high-end aesthetic design and hard-hitting performance marketing.
Our approach
We implemented a '360-degree Creative System.' First, we standardized their visual identity across all platforms, ensuring every Reel, Story, and Ad felt unmistakably 'MADLUVV.' We shifted their Meta ad strategy to focus on 'Problem-Solution' video content—using UGC-style hooks, ASMR brow applications, and 'Girl Math' marketing to drive high-intent traffic. On the technical side, we performed a deep-dive Shopify audit. We rebuilt their product page hierarchy for better conversion, implemented advanced SEO schema to win Google's 'Rich Snippets,' and optimized their front-end code to drastically improve mobile load times. By aligning their social content with their store's technical performance, we created a seamless path from discovery to checkout.
The outcome
The result was a total brand alignment. MADLUVV now operates with a high-performance content engine that delivers dozens of unique ad creatives monthly. Their organic social growth has accelerated, and their Shopify store now ranks for high-volume beauty keywords, providing a sustainable stream of organic revenue alongside their scaled paid campaigns.

How we delivered this social media project
- Step 01
Audit and content mapping
We reviewed the existing grid post by post, recorded what actually earned saves and shares, and mapped the content pillars the brand needed to own before a single new layout was drawn.
- Step 02
Design system for the feed
We defined the grid geometry, two type sizes, a locked colour set and an image treatment, then built each recurring format — launch, quote, offer, behind-the-scenes — on top of that shared frame.
- Step 03
Batch production
Posts were produced in batches against the calendar rather than one at a time, which keeps the visual rhythm intentional and removes the scramble at the end of each week.
- Step 04
Handover and enablement
We shipped editable source files, a short usage guide and naming conventions so the in-house team can extend the system without the design quality drifting.

Why this project matters
Social is often the first place a customer meets a brand, and a feed that reads as one coherent identity does more for trust than any single high-performing post. A documented system also means the brand keeps looking consistent long after the engagement ends — the value compounds instead of expiring.

Frequently asked questions
- How long does a social media design system take to build?
- For most brands the audit, system design and first batch of templates take three to four weeks. After that, ongoing content production runs on a weekly or monthly cycle depending on posting volume.
- Do we get the editable source files?
- Yes. Every project ships with organised, editable Figma and Adobe source files, plus naming conventions and a short usage guide so your in-house team can produce new posts without starting from scratch.
- Can Pixel2Tech also handle the content calendar and copy?
- We can. Social media design sits alongside our branding and digital marketing work, so the calendar, copy direction and post design can all be handled by one team rather than split across freelancers.
