Florida Luxurious Properties is a luxury real estate brokerage based on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Pixel2Tech built the brokerage's website as a custom React application, as white-label development partner for a digital agency. The site brings property search, the firm's listings, the wider MLS, community guides and the team together in one place.

The challenge
A brokerage site has to show the firm's own featured and sold homes, search the wider MLS, and introduce the neighborhoods and agents behind them. In a waterfront market like Fort Lauderdale it also needs to speak to boat owners, who care about marinas and dockage as much as the house.
Our approach
A full-screen aerial video hero carries the line Luxury. Innovation. Excellence. and a property search box with location suggestions. The header links to Our Offerings, Other Offerings, About, For Boat Owners and Contact Us, leading to featured properties, sold properties, MLS listings, communities, market reports, the team and a guide to local marinas. On phones the hero switches to a home photo and the menu folds into a single icon.
The outcome
A real estate website where buyers can search by location, browse the brokerage's featured and sold properties, look through MLS listings and communities, and contact the team. Boat owners get their own section with local marinas alongside the property pages.

How we did it
Step 01
Site structure
Pages cover featured and sold properties, MLS listings, communities, market reports, the brokerage's story, meet the team, boat owner resources and contact.
Step 02
Search
The search box sits in the middle of the hero and suggests locations as visitors type, so a buyer can go straight from the home page to matching properties.
Step 03
Waterfront focus
A For Boat Owners section lists local marinas and yacht facilities around Fort Lauderdale, reflecting how many buyers in the area shop for a home with water access.
Step 04
Mobile
On phones the aerial video gives way to a home photo with the headline and search box stacked, and the navigation folds into a single menu icon.

Why this project matters
