Durafoam makes foam and spring mattresses in Pakistan, sold under the Durafoam and Dura Spring ranges, along with a mattress in a box, fold-a-bed portable mattresses, pillows and cushions. The brand describes its mattresses as reliable and durable at a market-beating price. We built Durafoam's Shopify store to sell these large, considered purchases online.

The challenge
A mattress is an expensive item that shoppers cannot try online, and each model comes in several bed sizes and thicknesses. Buyers also want to know about delivery, warranty and payment options before they commit.
Our approach
Under a bright orange header, a blue menu bar covers Shop by Category, Durafoam, Dura Spring, Portable Mattresses, Accessories, Mattress in a Box and Information. The home page opens with campaign slides and a video, then image tiles for each range and a tabbed carousel of best sellers, foam, spring and accessories, followed by a strip for nationwide shipping, product warranty, online support and secure orders. Product pages offer size buttons in inches and thickness buttons, Baadmay pay-in-3, a wish list, an estimated delivery window and collapsible description tabs.
The outcome
A Shopify store where shoppers can pick a range and choose the exact size and thickness for their bed. Delivery dates and installment amounts are shown before checkout, and warranty activation is a footer link away.

How we did it
Step 01
Ranges and categories
The menu and home page tiles separate Durafoam foam mattresses, Dura Spring mattresses, the mattress in a box, Dura Pillow, Fold a Bed and accessories.

Variant options
Mattress pages use size buttons such as 78 by 72 inches and separate thickness buttons, so each combination has its own price.
Step 03
Buying confidence
Product pages show reviews, Baadmay installments, an estimated delivery window and a wish list, and the home page lists shipping, warranty, support and secure checkout.

After the sale
Footer links cover track order, warranty policy, warranty activation, exchange and return, and a blog.
