Brentwood Bay Resort — website
Brentwood Bay Resort describes itself as a 33 room boutique resort on Vancouver Island's Brentwood Bay, minutes from downtown Victoria. Pixel2Tech built the resort's WordPress website as white-label development partner for a digital agency. The site brings rooms, restaurants, spa, marina and events together under one booking button.

Project brief
Deliverables
- WordPress website built with Elementor
- Multi-level navigation for resort areas
- Dining, spa and marina panels
- Events and promotions carousel
- Cloudbeds booking links
- Newsletter sign-up and mobile layout
The challenge
The resort is several businesses in one: a hotel, two restaurants and room service, a spa, a marina with boat tours and rentals, and a wedding and events venue. Each needs its own pages, while the main action for most visitors is still to book a stay.
Our approach
A seasonal announcement bar sits above a header with Resort, Dining, Spa, Marina, Weddings and Events and News and Calendar menus, plus a Book Now button that opens Cloudbeds reservations. The home page uses a full-screen photo hero, a rooms introduction, then alternating split panels for dining, spa and marina, each linking to its sub-pages. A calendar carousel of promotions and events, a community giving section and a newsletter sign-up lead into the footer.
The outcome
A resort website where guests can explore rooms, dining, spa treatments and boat trips, check upcoming events and book a stay from any page. The Elementor build lets the resort team swap seasonal banners and calendar entries without developer help.

How we did it
Step 01
Site map
Menus split the resort into rooms and activities, three dining options, spa treatments and memberships, marina tours and rentals, and weddings, meetings and corporate events.
Step 02
Home page
A full-screen hero with Book Now leads to a rooms introduction, then dark green panels for dining, spa and marina that alternate with full-height photos.
Step 03
Events and booking
A carousel lists dated promotions and events with Learn More links, and every Book Now button points to the resort's Cloudbeds reservation page.
Step 04
Mobile
On phones the announcement bar stays on top, the menu becomes a single icon and the hero keeps the resort name and Book Now button in the first screen.

Why this project matters
Resort guests plan around more than a room: meals, treatments and time on the water. Showing each of those clearly, with booking always one click away, helps a browsing visitor turn into a reservation.
Questions about this project
What is the Brentwood Bay Resort website built with?
It runs on WordPress with Elementor on a Hello Elementor child theme, with room reservations handled through Cloudbeds and the newsletter form through Gravity Forms.
Do you work white-label for agencies?
Yes. We build websites and Shopify stores under the agency's brand, with an NDA when needed. Tell us about the project and we will send a fixed quote after a short call.
