The challenge
Shoe shoppers filter first by style and fit: heel or flat, how high the heel is, and whether their size is in stock. With a large catalog and frequent new arrivals, that information needed to be visible before a shopper opens a product.
Our approach
The menu covers New Arrivals, View All, All Heels, All Flats, All Comforts, Black Lovers, Celebrity Closet, Shop By Heel Size and FAQs. The homepage runs from an Its Shoe Time banner into featured collections, trending products, new arrivals, heels, flats and comforts rows, and a customer reviews section. Collection cards show the discount, star rating and available sizes, with sold-out sizes crossed out, and product pages add color swatches, a size chart, a pay-in-three installment option, an Order on WhatsApp button and a free shipping progress bar.
The outcome
A Shopify store where shoppers can find a style, check their size from the grid and order online or on WhatsApp, with the same flow on mobile and desktop.

How we did it
Step 01
Navigation by style
Shoes are grouped into heels, flats and comforts, with extra collections for black styles, celebrity picks and a shop by heel size page.
Step 02
Size-aware grid
Collection cards list sizes 36 to 42 under each shoe and cross out sizes that are sold out, alongside the sale price, discount and review count.
Step 03
Product pages
Product pages show color swatches, size buttons and a size chart, a pay-in-three installment option, an Order on WhatsApp button and a bar showing how close the cart is to free shipping.
Step 04
Reviews and support
Star ratings appear on cards and product pages, a floating reviews tab opens customer reviews, and a WhatsApp button stays on screen for questions.

Why this project matters
In footwear, a shopper who finds the right style but not their size leaves. Showing sizes in the grid and offering a quick WhatsApp route turns more browsing into orders.
