Alkhair Foam, part of Alkhair Gadoon Ltd., makes foam, spring and orthopedic mattresses alongside pillows, toppers, sofa seats and industrial foam. We built Alkhair Foam's Shopify store to sell mattresses online while also hosting the company's corporate and investor information in the same site.

The challenge
A mattress comes in many sizes and thicknesses, and each combination has its own price. The same site also had to serve very different visitors: home shoppers, buyers of industrial foam, job seekers and shareholders looking for company filings.
Our approach
The menu puts Foam Mattresses, Spring Mattresses, Orthopedic Mattresses, Sofa Seats and Accessories first, followed by Careers, Industrial Supplies, Investor Relation and Investor Information dropdowns. The homepage shows featured products, a Mattress at Your Doorstep section with a Book An Appointment button, category tiles for shopping online, a warranty claim section and an About Us block. Product pages use dropdowns for size and thickness, a quantity picker and an Order on WhatsApp button next to the cart.
The outcome
One Shopify site that sells mattresses by size and thickness, takes warranty claims and home trial bookings, and keeps investor and corporate pages within reach of the main menu.

How we did it
Step 01
Mattress catalog
Mattresses are grouped into foam, spring and orthopedic collections, with separate collections for sofa seats and accessories such as pillows, toppers and prayer mats.
Step 02
Size and thickness
Product pages use dropdowns for bed size and thickness so a shopper can price the exact mattress they need, with an Order on WhatsApp option for those who prefer to talk first.
Step 03
Service sections
The homepage explains the doorstep trial service with an appointment button and gives a clear path to activate or claim a warranty.
Step 04
Corporate content
Careers, industrial supplies such as peeled and rebounded PU foam, governance, CSR, certifications, financials and shareholder information all sit in the main menu.

Why this project matters
A manufacturer selling direct needs a store that handles complex product options and an after-sales path such as warranty claims. Keeping investor and corporate content on the same site means one place to maintain.
