Faceless YouTube videos for cash cow channels

Deliverables
- Edited faceless videos
- Footage and b-roll selection
- Animated text and sound design
- 16:9 and 9:16 exports
The challenge
Without a face on screen, the edit carries the whole video. Every few seconds the viewer needs something new to look at, and the visuals have to match the voiceover closely, or people click away.
Our approach
We build the edit on the narration: each line gets matching footage, animated text or a graphic, with sound effects and music to set the pace. Key numbers and phrases appear as bold on-screen text. For vertical cuts, we reframe the strongest moment for Shorts.
The outcome
The set shows the kind of steady, fast-paced edits faceless channels need to publish on a regular schedule.

How we did it
Step 01
Edit to the narration
Each line of the script gets matching footage, a graphic or animated text, so the picture always supports what is being said.
Step 02
Change the view often
With no presenter on screen, new visuals every few seconds keep attention through the whole video.
Step 03
Sound design
Music and sound effects set the pace and mark key moments.
Step 04
Exports for long and short
Main videos are exported in 16:9 for YouTube, with vertical cuts reframed for Shorts.

Why this project matters
Faceless channels live on publishing consistently. A reliable editor who can turn narration into watchable videos on schedule is what lets a channel owner focus on topics and scripts instead of the timeline.
Questions about this project
What is a cash cow or faceless YouTube channel?
A channel where no presenter appears on camera. Videos are built from narration, footage, graphics and text, which makes them easier to produce on a regular schedule.
Can you also cut Shorts from the main videos?
Yes. We reframe the strongest moments into 9:16 Shorts alongside the main 16:9 upload.
Do you write the scripts?
This work covered the edit. We can work from your script and voiceover, or discuss scripting as a separate service.
