Goal of the review:

Record evidence for every issue: page URL, screenshot, affected device, priority, recommended change and owner. An observation is not proof of a conversion or revenue effect. Validate changes against your own analytics.

## 1. First impression and navigation

- [ ] The first screen explains the products and who they are for.
- [ ] Navigation uses customer-friendly category names.
- [ ] Search returns useful results for actual product names and common terms.
- [ ] Mobile menus, filters and sorting work with touch and keyboard input.
- [ ] Promotional messages have clear dates and conditions.

## 2. Product and collection pages

- [ ] Product images show scale, detail and relevant variations.
- [ ] Price, selected variant and availability are visible before adding to cart.
- [ ] Descriptions answer the questions customers actually ask.
- [ ] Size, ingredients, materials or compatibility information is easy to find.
- [ ] Shipping, returns and delivery expectations are explained near the purchase decision.
- [ ] Reviews are authentic and published with appropriate permission.
- [ ] Collection filters help shoppers narrow a real catalog.

## 3. Cart and checkout

- [ ] Discounts and delivery charges are explained before payment.
- [ ] Test the available payment methods using the platform's supported test flow.
- [ ] Check confirmation emails and the customer support path.
- [ ] No unexpected subscription or marketing choice is preselected.

## 4. Mobile, accessibility and performance

- [ ] Test the main shopping journey on an actual phone.
- [ ] Buttons are easy to tap and text can be enlarged without losing functionality.
- [ ] Images have useful alternative text where needed.
- [ ] Forms have visible labels and readable error messages.
- [ ] Keyboard focus remains visible through menus, drawers and forms.
- [ ] Images use appropriate dimensions and below-fold media loads lazily.
- [ ] Review real-user performance data where available; record the date and measurement source.
- [ ] Remove obsolete apps or tracking only after checking dependencies and saving a rollback copy.

## 5. Measurement, consent and ownership

- [ ] Define the business goal, baseline and measurement period before changing the store.
- [ ] Confirm analytics events against real journeys without double counting.
- [ ] Check consent choices before activating non-essential tracking.
- [ ] List the owner of the domain, store, apps, analytics and payment accounts.
- [ ] Make a backup and agree on rollback steps before a theme change.
